The celebration typically includes virtual and morning workshops, a career & opportunity fair, a rally, a march, and other events organized around this theme.

Our efforts keep the spotlight on our responsibility to correct the injustices in our world, from our criminal justice system to our public schools to senseless military misadventures that threaten human rights and rob our communities of resources. This year's program promises to inform and empower those who attend.

Following CDC guidance, vaccination and testing policies are not required but are highly encouraged for volunteers joining us on MLK Day. To ensure the safety of everyone at our events, we still encourage healthy practices such as staying home when sick, washing hands regularly, and listening to healthcare experts as new information becomes available.
